Our Story
A recipe older than
anyone alive today.
It started in our great-great-grandmother's kitchen, where wild peppers from the garden met a secret blend of smoked spices she brought from the old country. She never wrote it down — it was passed hand to hand, shown not told, season after season.
Five generations later, we still make it the same way. Small batches. No shortcuts. Every bottle fermented and filled to the same exacting standard she set before any of us were born.
We started selling because friends and family kept asking: "Can we buy this?" The answer is finally yes.
